EAT & DRINK
Some places in Pocatello they enjoy eating at are Brick 243 (bougie food and wine), Gin Sen (large Thai food portions), 5th Street Bagelry (coffee, soups, and sandwiches), and Hokkaido Ramen and Sushi bar (they also have yummy boba teas).
PLAY
They enjoy heading to local theatre productions. The week of their wedding, Grease will be playing at the Palace Theatre and The Woman in Black will be playing at Westside Players. They also enjoy going on local hikes, like the Cherry Springs and City Creek trails not far from their venue.
EXPLORE
If you don’t mind a little drive, they love the town of Lava Hot Springs, Idaho. There’s a large family swimming complex with slides, several natural and paid hot spring areas for soaking, and best of all, you can rent tubes to float down the river (just maybe skip the first two large waterfalls for safety).
